Spoke Kits - Made To Order
MAKING CUSTOM SPOKES . . . IT'S WHAT WE DO. Buchanan's has been making our own line of spokes since 1971 and nipples since 1973. All our kits are aftermarket and manufactured here on site using only American drawn and certified wire. We swage, cut, head, bend, and thread every spoke we make to suit each specific custom application. Custom made-to-order stainless spokes can usually ship within 5 to 7 business days, and chrome plating may take 3 to 4 weeks. Kits for our most popular applications are offered pre-packged and have been given part numbers for easy ordering and quick shipping. Please keep in mind that our spokes are replacements and not replicas. |
To make your spoke kit, we will need your motorcycle's information. We have a large database of spoke specifications for many hubs. If, however, we do not have specs for your bike, we can make spokes from your original samples. If samples are not available, please contact us so that we may determine if it will be necessary for you to send us your hub and rim. |

| Spoke threads are not universal. There is no guarantee our parts will work with threads on spokes or nipples that we did not produce. Please contact us with questions about our spoke and nipple thread specs. |

POLISHED SPOKE KITS | All stainless spoke kits are available with a polished finish option. Each spoke and nipple is hand polished to obtain the maximum shine without compromising structure. Unless polishing is ordered, or kits are specified as polished, stainless spoke kits are delivered unpolished. Price shown is for 40 spokes or less (for over 40 spokes please inquire). Check our Pre-package kits section for the most popular applications. All our pre-packaged kits are aftermarket and are manufactured by Buchanan's here on site. There is no difference between Made-to-order spoke kits and Pre-packaged spoke kits, other than pre-packaged kits are given part numbers, offered at a discount, and are usually available for quick shipping. As prices for pre-packaged kits are discounted, any changes made to them will be at our regular prices. |
Expert Wheelsmithing services are available when you ship us your hub. With over 100 years experience in our wheel room, our highly skilled wheelsmiths can take care of all your wheel work. Among our services we offer wheel lacing, truing, and rim straightening, to name a few. Our 'loose lace' option may be just the thing for your next wheel project.
