PLACING AN ORDER

YOU MAY PLACE AN ORDER BY MAIL, PHONE, FAX, EMAIL, OR WITH OUR WEBSITE ORDER FORM.
 
RIMS
Because our rims are drilled to order, rim orders must be received in writing.
We will accept them by mail, fax, or email.

DESIGN SPOKES
Orders for design spokes must be received in writing.  We will accept them by mail, fax, or email.
Pre-packaged design spoke kits for stock type Harley hubs do not need to be in writing.

ORDERING ON OUR WEBSITE

ITEMS WITH A PART NUMBER
Click the BUY button for the items you would like to purchase.  Go to View Cart and click Checkout.  You will then be taken through the check out process.

SOME ITEMS WITH A PART NUMBER and SOME WITHOUT A PART NUMBER
Click the Buy button for the items you would like to purchase.  Go to View Cart and click Checkout.  At the bottom of the checkout form, use the Comments section to order any additional items by description.  If needed, we will contact you to clarify the order details.

WITHOUT A PART NUMBER
If you need to place your order by description rather than part number, please click the BUY button for the CUSTOM ORDER item, which is available at the bottom of the pages for Spoke Kits - Made to Order and Spoke Kits - Design.  This will create a shopping cart and take you through the checkout process.  It will allow you to complete our order form and send us the necessary information to begin your order.  Use the Comments section at the end of the checkout form to tell us what you would like to order.  We will contact you to clarify the order details.

ENTERING YOUR MOTORCYCLE'S INFORMATION
After you select your item(s), go to View Cart, then click the Checkout button.  At the bottom of the check out page, you will be asked to enter Technical Information about your bike, such as year, make, and model, as well as front and rear wheel info.  There is also a Comments section for any additional information you would like to give us.

TECHNICAL QUESTIONS ARE ANSWERED AS TIME PERMITS, AND IN THE ORDER RECEIVED.
